Sydnie Lagasse

Dear Saddleback Students,

I’m honored and thrilled to be announcing my Candidacy to run for Inter-Club Counselor Senator. I’ve been an active member of ASG and have been on 2 committees with over 30 hours of volunteer work. I was on the Events committee while being an officer of publicity, as well as an Events officer.

While being In the Events Committees I always made it my goal to be interactive and engaged in what we were doing for an event and made it a priority to complete the tasks put before me quickly and efficiently. Then I was offered the position of Administrative Coordinator of Inter Club Council which has allowed me to work closely with clubs. This position has also allowed me to work with agendas and minutes while working with the Judicial Branch. This has given me great insight into how ASG works and has granted me invaluable experience in a higher leadership position. This has also taught me how to chair meetings and how to resolve disputes and disagreements.
