COMMITTEE MEETING TIMES

Below are the listed times of ASG meetings for officers to attend.

Meetings are not just meant for ASG officers, all of the public is encouraged to come to our meetings, all meetings are held in SSC 211. 

BOARD OF GOVERNANCE

​

Chair: Gloria Soo Hyun Lee

Meeting Times: Mondays at 7:00pm - 8:00pm

The Board of Governance (BOG) is the governing body of the Associated Student Government. The Board of Governance meets weekly to discuss issues and topics that are impacting our campus community as well as the events, workshops, and services that each ASG committee is working on. 

BOARD OF PROGRAM AND SERVICES

The Board of Program and Services (BOPS) is the executive authority surrounding all of the events that ASG puts on as well as ensuring the students of Saddleback are receiving all of their resources.

STUDENT TRUSTEE

The Student Trustee will represent students from both Irvine Valley College and Saddleback College as student trustee and plan to bring awareness to student focused issues.

INTER-CLUB COUNCIL

Meeting Times: Thursdays at 3:00pm - 4:00pm

The Inter-Club Council (ICC) is the governing board for Saddleback Club and Organizations. ICC represents the interest of the Saddleback College clubs and organizations on campus and is also in charge of the recognition process and training for clubs each semester.

The Budget Committee works to maintain the overall ASG budget.

PUBLICITY COMMITTEE

The Publicity Committee works to promote ASG as a whole.

The Events Board plans social and educational events for the campus community.

INTERNATIONAL AND DIVERSITY STUDENT COUNCIL

IDSC represents the interests of our diverse student population. They create programs and services for international students in creating dialogue and training around diverse topics impacting our community.

CAMPUS SUSTAINABILITY COUNCIL
