Hello everyone! My name is Nate Kalena, and I have been on the Honors Student Council for the last year. The experiences that I have had on the Honors Student Council are unlike any other. I enjoy putting together events where people can meet each other and grow the Saddleback College community. Being involved in the Honors program has given me many great opportunities that I wish to share with my fellow Saddleback students. Saddleback College has always had the tradition of a strong and diverse community. There is nothing that I would like more than to see our community grow to new heights and help students achieve their goals!

If elected, I will work hard to ensure that our community prospers and that the well-being of my fellow students is met. Every student deserves to be seen and heard. I will be a senator who listens and uses our great diversity on campus to grow the Honors Program and ensure that every student is put on the best path toward academic success. I am incredibly excited to be running for Senator of Honors students and I look forward to serving you!
